According to the law numbered 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), as a compliance requirement concerning information storage, reporting,
disclosure obligations foreseen by the related legislative regulations and legal authorities and for the reasons, shall be recorded, stored, maintained, kept,
classified for legal or financial requirements, updated and may be classified and disclosed/transferred to 3rd parties within legal classifications and in the cases
allowed by the legislation and within legal limitations purposes and methods explained below and processed in the forms enumerated in the KVKK.
Data such as identity/passport information, e-mail address, telephone number, address, travel agency information, vehicle license plate information, credit card
information belonging to our guests and persons who accompany them in their stay may be recorded temporarily/indefinitely, stored in written/magnetic archives,
used, updated, shared, transferred and processed in other ways by our company and third party persons and/or institutions with the purpose of taking your
orders in written or electronic form, present our products and services, develop our products and services, for the solution of systemic problems, to realize your
payments, on the condition that your consent is given in advance, to update your information and manage and sustain your membership for marketing purposes
concerning your orders, products and services, to propose products and services which may draw your attention and to ensure that 3rd persons are able to
perform technical, logistic and similar functions in the name of our company as well as for executing the distance sales contracts and other contracts.

As owners of personal data, in the event of communicating your requests concerning your rights to our company through the methods indicated in this Clarification
Letter, our Company shall conclude free of payment the request latest within thirty days according to the nature of the request. However, in the event that a fee is
foreseen by the Personal Data Protection Council, the fee indicated in the tariff determined by our Company.
You may communicate your information request concerning your rights in the framework of the law by filling the form available at the address

with documents indicating your identity, through the notary or by other methods indicated in the Law on the Protection of Personal Data.
Customer Declaration:
According to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, I accept, declare and present that I have obtained at the date indicated below the acknowledgement
letter above concerning processing of my personal data by your company, that I have read, examined, evaluated it and that I have accepted knowing and
understanding the matters specified above; reserving my litigations rights and the right to claim damages which may arise from any deficiency or neglect by your
Company during the implementation of the matters above, I consent by my own free will, for the purposes and reasons indicated in the “Acknowledgment and
Deed of Consent” above to have my personal data which has been defined in the KVKK, with the content, place and method of collection which have been
indicated above shared with the persons indicated above, to processing it in the framework defined in the KVKK.
I agree to pay all charges incurred by me during my stay in the hotel. Management of the hotel is not responsible for any missing personal items left by guests in
their rooms. Please use your safe in the room. In case of power outage, generator will be activated in 32 seconds. Please notify us if you have allergies.
